  • Limited Annual Reservations: Capping at 50 to 60 bookings per destination ensures exclusivity and sustainability.

  • Luxury Redefined: True luxury is found in access, exclusivity, meticulous care, and continuous support throughout and beyond the journey.

  • Authentic Community Experiences: Travelers engage in experiences deeply integrated with local life, emphasizing authenticity.

  • Pioneer Club: Open to those who wish to join after their first trip, this "regenerators" club fosters shared vision, tastes, and a desire to contribute to a different way of being in the world.

Our Regenerative Hospitality Model

Key implementation partners are then mapped out, and sustainable revenue models are developed to support these initiatives. By raising blended capital through both philanthropy and impact investments, we ensure robust funding. The process moves forward with implementation, after which we rigorously assess and report on the impact. Finally, we refine and iterate the approach, climbing the development ladder to ensure ongoing improvement and responsiveness. This dynamic feedback loop ensures that our efforts remain aligned with the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
